Platform role: The Transportwala App is only a platform that connects people who need a vehicle to send their goods with vehicle owners who want freight bookings.
Responsibility for goods: Responsibility lies with the vehicle owner and consignor. Transportwala App holds no responsibility.
Loading & unloading: Responsibility of consignor and vehicle owner, not Transportwala App.
GST invoice & E-bill: Mandatory for all goods. Without these, Transportwala App is not responsible.
Force majeure: Natural disasters, fire, accidents — not Transportwala App’s responsibility.
Regulations: All government, RTO, traffic rules must be followed. Violations are not Transportwala App’s responsibility.
Damage in transit: If goods break/damage, not Transportwala App’s responsibility.
Packing: Packing, ropes, tarpaulin are not Transportwala App’s responsibility.
Theft/robbery: Any theft, robbery, shortage — not Transportwala App’s responsibility.
Load limits: Overloaded vehicles are not supported. Responsibility lies with owner/consignor.
Documents: Vehicle owner must maintain valid PUC, insurance, permit, etc. Consignor must verify.
Fare/commission: Matters of fare to be settled between consignor & vehicle owner only.
Illegal goods: Legal actions for transporting illegal goods are not Transportwala App’s responsibility.
Limited liability: Transportwala App only connects consignors with vehicle owners. No responsibility for disputes, goods, or legal cases.
User declaration: By using this application, I declare that I have read and understood all the above terms and I am using Transportwala App at my own responsibility.
