At Transport Wala, we strive to provide a smooth and reliable experience for all our users — factory owners as well as vehicle owners. Please read our refund and return policy carefully before purchasing a subscription plan.
1. Digital Services Only
Transport Wala provides digital subscription services. Once a plan is activated, you gain immediate access to our platform features. Therefore, physical returns are not applicable.
2. Refund Policy
- Non-Refundable Plans: All subscription fees are non-refundable once the plan is activated.
- Technical Issues: If you face any technical problem (such as payment deducted but plan not activated), please contact our support team within 48 hours. After verification, we will either activate your plan or issue a refund.
- Duplicate Payments: If you are accidentally charged twice, we will refund the duplicate amount after verification.
3. Cancellation Policy
- Users may cancel their subscription at any time, but cancellation will take effect only after the current plan expires.
- No partial or pro-rata refunds will be issued for unused days within an active subscription.
4. Free Trial / Offers
Any free trial, free days, or promotional offers provided are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or credits.
